Be able to add Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager to the appointment booking pages so they can track and optimize for people to book an appointment.

Ability to have self-scheduling links for 'members-only' apply only to patients on an active, paying membership. I.e., having an option for self-scheduled appointments to only be booked by active patients, that are on an active paying membership.

Allow patients to book 1 hr appointments at anytime in the day, not just on the hour. Example: allow pt to book 1 hr appointment at 9:15 or 10:30 as long as provider availability allows for it

Would it be possible to change the icon out for wording that says "Book Appointment"?

Requesting the ability to have a "phone call" selection option for a visit type instead of only just virtual or in person

Provider would like a way to easily allow the patient to click to add their appointment to their calendar, with the virtual link that is provided in the booking confirmation

Instead of having patient look at the entire list of appointment types for all locations, have them select the booking location first and then then see which appointment types are available at that location. Too overwhelming to see 5 appointment types at two locations all in one list.

Can I set certain appt types to allow overlapping bookings? We do IV hydration on site, which allows us to have multiple patients onsite at the same time. However, it is only with requiring confirmation that they are allowed to book in the overlapping time slot. We don't want to have to confirm . We want them to auto book and be able to overlap.

Hello- we have a question about adjusting the timezones as we have providers an patients across all 50 states, can this be updated/adjusted to reflect the person booking the appt.

When a practice has multiple locations tied to their Clinical calendar, the SMS appointment reminder is telling the patient their appointment is at "PRACTICE NAME", instead of "LOCATION NAME". This confuses patients on where the appointment is located at.
