I would love to break down the 18-64 age group into more telling cohorts.

I would like a report that lists lead sources for a certain calendar year & summarizes them in a graph. I ran reports in Dashboard>Member analytics but it breaks it out by month (not full year, which is what I want) and it is in graph not an exportable list format. I can get this data from the Memberships report and manually create a pivot table or graph in Excel, but it takes me 15-20 mins to do so. it would be more efficient if you provided a turnkey report for this.

MD2 is looking for additional change log columns to be added to the members' rollforward report: Specifically, patient tier changes and changes in the way the patient pays.

Create a report that shows gross sales per category per month (i.e. medications, office visits, retail products, etc).to see the breakdown of the invoice line-items into product or service revenue vs. credit card surcharge. As well as sales tax charged on the purchase

Get a report for patients whose monthly membership fees are being charged to an HSA card.

To the Received Payments and Billed Revenue reports, add a unique ID on each line-item (not each invoice) to match line-items between the two reports.

This would help with both user audits when needed and to track which users are using the platform and how within Hint.
