Feature Requests

Hello! We are looking to set up reporting on interactions within Hint. For example, we want to generate a twice daily report of all patients for which our physicians ordered labs for today (or created a lab interaction) to enable our front desk team to submit these orders daily to our at-home lab partner. Would be looking for something as simple as a list of patients that had labs ordered for them today (don't need more detailed information on what labs, by which physician, etc.).

Ability to add on extra labs to a lab order in Hint. Ex: XYZ labs are order through Hint, but then they want to add on ABC labs to the order (after the 1st order has been placed) to also have the lab test the samples for the other labs as well. Practices want the ability to add on extra labs to lab orders (that have already been placed), and have those results come into Hint on a patients chart. For example in the labcorp portal you can add on extra labs to an existing order, and practices want this same feature in Hint.

Create an email notification to the practice email when a lab result is returned to the practice.

Display the paper clip icon (the same icon on the note/document interaction when there is an attachment) for the lab interaction when results are received electronically. Provider desires the ability to see the lab interaction paperclip icon for lab interactions that the results have populated for.
