Would like to be able to electronically interface labs when the original lab order originated outside of Hint (eg labs ordered by a specialist on a mutual patient OR previous labs for a new patient).

When clicking lab results in the dashboard, it would be helpful to be able to click a link that takes you directly to the patient's chart, rather than having to exit that lab result section, search the patient, and open their chart up that way. It'd also be helpful to have the PCP listed somewhere in that flow, or even within the list of lab results of all the patients, that way practices with multiple providers know which labs they need to investigate and which ones they do not.

Ability to add on extra labs to a lab order in Hint. Ex: XYZ labs are order through Hint, but then they want to add on ABC labs to the order (after the 1st order has been placed) to also have the lab test the samples for the other labs as well. Practices want the ability to add on extra labs to lab orders (that have already been placed), and have those results come into Hint on a patients chart. For example in the labcorp portal you can add on extra labs to an existing order, and practices want this same feature in Hint.

We need to change the standard lab ranges (normal, low, and high) on lab results, and customize these to tighter ranges, for holistic care. We need this both in the lab data format, and plotted (visual). Please add this feature. Thanks!

Allow patients to access a lab requisition form in the patient portal. We get asked for the req often before they have their labs drawn.

Thank you for getting lab/vitals trending up and running! Most of us need to see labs in a specific order (i.e. how they show up in a Labcorp/Quest report, not alphabetically). Same for vitals - systolic BP needs to be right above diastolic BP, followed by pulse, respirations, etc. This would make Lab/vitals trending MUCH more useful . I'd also suggest making the most recent values to the left, as this is how most lab tables function. This will help docs use this trend tool in a way that is much more native to how we think and see other reports.

The ability to be able to open a patient's chart by clicking on their name directly from the lab results tab (in the communication section). Currently, when labs come in, you can review the pdf in the lab results notification and then to open their chart, you have to search their name in the search bar. Seems like a good idea to have their name just hyperlinked to their chart in the lab results section!
