Would like to limit the number of specific appointment types allowed per day or per week. For example, one new patient appointment per day, 4 DOT physicals per week.

Disable drag and drop of calendar events or set up confirmation pop-up if something is dragged and moved to confirm the change. This leads to errors (ie, today’s 1:20pm appointment was accidentally dragged to another time slot, so patient was notified). It shouldn't be so easy for any staff to accidentally move a calendar event without a confirmation.

What happened to multiple locations? It was on the list for Q4 but now I don't see it. We are waiting for this feature to switch over...

Be able to print a list of patient appointments from the calendar page in Clinical in All-In-One.

When you are on a patient's chart, you can schedule a new appointment (in the appointments section) but it does not show the calendar availability. This means that you can double-book yourself when scheduling from this location and not on the calendar page.

Currently, the location for meetings/appointments can only be changed after creation and only for that specific meeting It would be great if we could set a default location for each appointment type to avoid changing it every time. (But leave the option to change it from the default if so desired)

On the Calendar, list the patient's age after their name on appointments

Enable the scheduling grid to use 15‑minute time increments instead of 60‑minute blocks. This allows more precise appointment times, improves provider workflow flexibility, and supports varied visit lengths.

When viewing the calendar for providers, show their specific appointment type availability on the calendar so staff can easily see what appointment types they are available for

Requesting ability to automatically cancel any future scheduled appointments on the calendar when the patient is archived
