Feature Requests

Ability to mass block/ make an out of office day on the calendar for all users. This would be great for Holidays or days when the whole practice is closed, so we can just create one event/out of office to block every user's calendar.

Sometimes we need to edit appt notes and currently every time we edit an appointment it sends the patient a notification even when we didn't change anything. It would be preferred if the patient only received notifications if we change details such as location or appt time.

It would be highly beneficial to view a practitioner’s availability directly on the schedule when set in the settings.

It's hard to remember which charts have been completed when documenting. I would love to not have to open every single one. Can we have a little dot, or changed color, or a little "c" once they're signed by the doctor? That is visible on just the calendar screen, weekly view?

When the patient status is updated from "checking in" to in progress or completed, change the color of the appointment.

Create a patient within Hint when someone books an appointment online as a non-member.

Ability to customize the status text, so you can use a custom status like "Forms Sent" or "Forms Complete"

Ability to connect with Mindbody, boulevard, etc)

Limit the ability to allow for double booking appointments for appointments or display a confirmation notification that there is a conflict with the scheduling on the calendar when a second appointment is scheduled at the same time as another appointment

I want members to still be able to schedule appointments with me this month, but for new consults I want to push them out to May
