Feature Requests

This is minor but I just noticed a grammatical error in the automated notice we get when patients request an appointment- see above (...has requested a meeting at"- should be "on").

Ability to mass block/ make an out of office day on the calendar for all users. This would be great for Holidays or days when the whole practice is closed, so we can just create one event/out of office to block every user's calendar.

Requesting a feature to schedule every user in the practice for an event/meeting on the Clinical calendar instead of having to create it individually for each user on the calendar? That would make group booking far easier!

If I have my schedule set a certain way so that patients can only schedule during certain times, can that be reflected on my calendar so that other providers can see when I'm accepting patients? Too many issues of patients getting put on times when I'm not seeing patients because it isn't easily visible unless I manually put blocks in.

It would be highly beneficial to view a practitioner’s availability directly on the schedule when set in the settings.

Ability to change status of a visit on the calendar, such as checked-in, complete (used when chart note is filed), no show, cancelled, etc. Maybe the color of the visit grays out or somehow displays a status change based on the situation.

It would be SUPER helpful if we could somehow put room numbers or have that ability on the calendar. We have had a system before where once pt was arrived we could select from options that the pt was arrived or in waiting room and then once roomed we could have it labeled as "Room 1, etc" that was definitely nice to know where the pt's were. Its not a huge deal that we don't know that but if that could be added in the future I think that would help us out a lot.

I would like to have an alert sent to my dashboard for patient that have not bee seen in over a year. I think that would be a nice feature to have.

I would like to have a way to keep track of patients that need to be rescheduled and reason why for the cancellation.
