Feature Requests

Building an integrated E-prescription feature within Hint Clinical should carry the highest priority for Hint. Dose Spot is a very rudimentary gap-fill measure in the meantime with a very clunky workflow, however it is particularly beleaguered when it comes to prescribing custom compound medications. I'd strongly recommend looking at Practice Fusion's e-prescribing platform integrated into their EHR. It's UIX is very user-friendly, and provides a seamless free-text addition of custom compounds, where Dose Spot requires you to select each individual component and amount of a mixed compound in order to send it to the compounding pharmacy.

Interested in a clinical mobile-friendly web app with the ability to e-prescribe on the go. (Native IOS would also be amazing if it is in the cards!)

Would like to able to eRX from within a note

Dosespot identifies refill requests per provider but cannot see it for the practice. It would be helpful to see if there is a refill request for a provider in the practice since these may come through while on vacation to be able to cover for another provider.

Ability to add the practice logo to prescriptions when printing

When refilling medications for patients, requesting a notification to automatically inform the patient that the medication request or medication has been refilled.

When ordering on Dose spot we often change the affective date to sometime in the future to "keep meds on file". Would like to have the affective date be the date recorded in HINT when it is pulled in rather than the Date prescribed.
