Repeated issues with DoseSpot, seeking an alternative erx option.

We are having to archive meds in the Hint chart, and then meds that have been DC'd for the patient still seem active in DoseSpot. Would be great if we archived on the Hint side it would show in DoseSpot or vice versa. If someone knows a trick for how to streamline between the two, please share.

It would be nice if there were a way to just click on an existing prescription and select a renew option, instead of having to issue a brand new Rx (which requires entry of all of the existing instructions and doubles the work). It seems like extra work for a common task that affects everyday work flow.

Dosespot identifies refill requests per provider but cannot see it for the practice. It would be helpful to see if there is a refill request for a provider in the practice since these may come through while on vacation to be able to cover for another provider.

It would be a small time saver to have a direct way to go to DoseSpot instead of having to be directed to an internal formulary first when clicking Rx

Interested in a clinical mobile-friendly web app with the ability to e-prescribe on the go. (Native IOS would also be amazing if it is in the cards!)

Ability to add the practice logo to prescriptions when printing

When refilling medications for patients, requesting a notification to automatically inform the patient that the medication request or medication has been refilled.

When ordering on Dose spot we often change the affective date to sometime in the future to "keep meds on file". Would like to have the affective date be the date recorded in HINT when it is pulled in rather than the Date prescribed.
