Exact Sciences / Cologuard integration for colorectal cancer screening orders and results Customer would like an integration with Exact Sciences / Cologuard that allows practices to order colon cancer screening tests directly from Hint and ideally receive results back into Hint. Customer need / problem: The customer currently orders Cologuard tests through the Exact Sciences Epic portal. This requires clinicians or admins to leave Hint and log into a separate platform to place orders and review stool study results. Because the order and result live outside the patient’s usual chart location, it creates a barrier to preventive screening and makes tracking completion/results more difficult. Desired workflow: Clinicians and admins can initiate Cologuard orders directly from Hint. Required patient details and documentation are sent to Exact Sciences as needed. Results from Exact Sciences flow back into Hint. Ordering and result review are visible in the patient’s chart / usual workflow. Practices can better track annual colorectal cancer screening completion and follow-up. Who would use it: Clinicians and admins. Current workaround: Ordering and reviewing results through the Exact Sciences Epic portal. Pain points: Requires logging into another system. Orders/results are outside the patient’s usual chart location. Makes screening data harder to track. Creates friction for annual preventive screening workflows. Customer cannot order from Epic in other systems they use.

Looking for integration with more smart medical devices, products like SHL Telemedicine SmartHeart ECG. Also, Tytocare’s devices for live remote care.

When placing a supplement order in the Fullscript integration, the practice user is required to pay for the item. Requesting the ability for the draft invoice to be generated to the patient with the supplement charge to automate collecting payment from the patient for the item when the clinic is paying for it directly to Fullscript.
