Feature Requests

When generating a facesheet and including the "last signed note", it lists "last signed note" on the facesheet. Requesting that this be customizable to include/not include this verbiage.

There should be an ability to "tab" or "F2" through wildcards in a note template. Not only to help speed documentation, but to find that final hiding wildcard that prevents note submission.

Allow users to reorder the diagnosis history list. Currently new diagnosis are added to the bottom of the list automatically. It is helpful to be able to order the list based on our preference (we can arrange to more active or concerning items at the top and move stable conditions to the bottom.

When I am opening a patient’s chart, I want to be able to see an up-to-date medication list at a glance. The current med section is hard to add to (which is why I sometimes use the “other current meds” at the bottom, but that creates other challenges in viewing the list as a whole. Ability to see all meds at a glance, rather than scrolling through (when there are several meds listed) with a condensed view displayed right away, then click into the med to see additional details on the med. Remove additional details on the med (ePrescribed in Dose Spot details) to reduce redundant text that is listed for each med. 6-7 lines of data for a patient’s med that was ePrescribed.

Ability to see the date of the interaction on the interaction (at the bottom of the screen) rather than today’s date and time. It says today’s date and time at the bottom, which is confusing at first glance.

This was previously a feature, now we have to click "patient invoice" and go over to the "patient" tab. We use this multiple times a day (i.e. to view patient insurance plans, demographics such as phone numbers, emails, address) and would like to have access to it in the Clinical View again.

Can we please make the family history section editable? Once it is in, if another family member then gets the same diagnosis, then I have to make a completely new section and delete the old section.

Please move out of Health summary information and give its own box so I can manipulate the box size and make bigger in the layout.

Make the "General Info" fields expandable similar to other Health History sections that allow you to expand the field.

Ability to customize automating the upload of interactions to a patient's portal. Rather than individual selection of uploading an interaction to the patient portal, be able to do this in bulk or customize automations to do this automatically.
