We have talked to two of the three CMR systems in your ecosystem. While they look exceptional, signing up with one of their systems would fragment where customer communication data and account information would be found, thus increasing our workload. Another consideration is the additional cost for a start up business. We are seeking the ability to create customized workflows with alerts and reminders with in HINT. For example, for new patients, we would like to build a work flow actions for on boarding (paperwork, lab orders, patient alerts that they have done their labs). Following on-boarding we order labs for new patients at 3 months and 6 months. For existing patients, we would like annual wellness alerts given 6 weeks prior to their renewal so we can order labs and schedule their annual wellness visit.
