Automated intake form delivery that is automatically linked to the patient chart. Description: When a new patient becomes active (e.g., after paying for a membership), automatically send an intake form in a way that it is assigned to the patient chart so the completed form returns to that patient’s chart and can be mapped into their medical record. Current limitation: Today, only sending a form from the patient’s chart creates that chart link; public URLs can be shared, but they won’t map into the chart unless assigned to the patient chart. There are, to our knowledge, no integrations/partners that would enable or allow for this. Use case: Trigger on “new patient becomes active” and send the form (or link to Hint-maintained form) via email or SMS from the patient chart.

We have talked to two of the three CMR systems in your ecosystem. While they look exceptional, signing up with one of their systems would fragment where customer communication data and account information would be found, thus increasing our workload. Another consideration is the additional cost for a start up business. We are seeking the ability to create customized workflows with alerts and reminders with in HINT. For example, for new patients, we would like to build a work flow actions for on boarding (paperwork, lab orders, patient alerts that they have done their labs). Following on-boarding we order labs for new patients at 3 months and 6 months. For existing patients, we would like annual wellness alerts given 6 weeks prior to their renewal so we can order labs and schedule their annual wellness visit.

Make selecting a gender mandatory when entering a new patient. According to client, if a gender is not selected, Labcorp views it as both so instead of lab results being 1 page, they are 8 pages because it gives results fro both genders and for several age ranges - despite DOB's being entered. This error takes 2 days to remedy with Labcorp and really sets back getting results to patients.

Be able to create task from any of the communication interactions

Create an "All" filter option on the patient's Clinical chart in the Communication section to see all chats/emails/calls/messages, similar to how there is an "All" filter for Interactions. When there is not an "All" filter, it defaults to display only Chat interactions, requiring you to click on Email/Phone Calls/SMS to see those interactions.

When memberships are set to cancel, it would be helpful if the Clinical Chart would show this end date for the provider to be able to see. Maybe under where it says Provider name and Membership Type.

Ability for AI to import information from a patient questionnaire Form and populate it into the visit note, and update their chart.

ability to add a second emergency contact - especially for pediatric practices.
