Need a way to print out just vaccine records for patients.

Allow generic immunization titles (DTaP, Tdap, HBV), similar to the way the problem list does not require perfect ICD-10 codes. Requiring manufacturer information when this is not available is a hassle.

Ability to map the insurance info from the intake form inside Clinical to patient details in Core.

VERY IMPORTANT for peds. We really need to be able to see oz without having calculate decimal.

When creating or editing tables in a note, formatting options are very limited. Current Issues: Cannot adjust column widths or move borders like in Excel or Google Sheets. Tables often take up more space than necessary and cannot be made more compact. Lack of control makes organizing information in a note frustrating. Proposed Solution: Add table editing tools that allow: Adjusting column widths by dragging borders. Resizing the table for a more compact layout. Consistent cell and border formatting. Why This Matters: Improves readability and organization of patient notes. Allows providers to format clinical data in a way that’s easy to scan and reference. Saves time by eliminating the need to format externally and paste back into the EHR.

We are finding the highlighting note text to make a text very helpful for our workflow. This could be improved even more by adding the ability to do this directly from SMS messages as well!

Ability to have titles for patient note interactions, and have it only display the title on their note, and not the other words in the note.

Include/offer and HTML file export for each patient chart, for extracting patient data

I want to import the patient history, but the way it imports uses so much real estate that it isn't practical. Sometimes I'll add 4 or 5 printed pages to a note just because I have a complex patient with multiple diagnoses. Please consolidate the format.
