in communications, the All option was taken away. I can't see all communications at once any more, it's separated into each individual form, chat, email, sms, etc.

It would be great to get back that option to text someone directly from the Contact info. As of right now, if it isn't a patient, we have to copy the number, then go to SMS to paste and then send message. Let us know if there is an easier way. Thanks.

Can we add "Go to chart" button or link on the lab page. So If I go into the communication tab and click on labs for Mr. X it will open pop up for his labs. It then gives me the option to print his results or email his results. On that pop up there is the "Go to Invoice" button, next to it maybe there could be the "Go to chart" button.

When filtering completed tasks in Clinical, it would be helpful to be able to sort the tasks completed by "Date completed" to see oldest vs. most recent completed tasks for practice management.

Tools and calculators integrated into the chart like ASCVD heart score and Centor strep test so users don't have to go to different websites to calculate these things.

Add option for SMS auto-response

Use Push Notification Endpoint from Dose Spot to pull refill request notifications to the notification dashboard or patient chart

Currently, when you add a template to a note, the cursor moves to the bottom of the template text instead of staying where the cursor was orginially located.

I'm working with a web-based PACS provider to allow MRI/MRA/CT/CTA viewing. I don't know what the interest from other providers using Hint may be, but it would be a fantastic feature/add-on to offer on Hint. I'm currently speaking with both Medicasoft (monthly fee) and OnePACS (fee per study). Not sure what integrations may be possible, but would love to look at the possibilities.
