Ability to map a Clinical form response for PT Insurance to Core PT Details. Currently, Clinical Form mapping allows you to map structured data to the PT's Clinical Health History. Requesting the ability to map PT Insurance information from a Clinical form to the PT's profile in Hint Core.

When I create or view an interaction (note, lab, prescription), it creates a pop-up window in the bottom right of the screen that obscures a large portion of the patient’s chart. If I am working on a note, this makes it difficult to browse the chart while I am actively working on the note. If the pop-up window is for a fax and then I click on the attached file to view the fax, the file appears in another window BEHIND the pop-up window, and is partially obscured. To get a better view, I have to minimize the pop-up window down to a tiny icon and then I can no longer enter any information in that window while I am reviewing the fax file or browsing chart information. If I have two pop-up windows open (say, because I have a chart note open and then want to order a prescription or want to view another chart note entry), these almost completely fill the screen and block everything else. I would like to have the option of having the note interaction pop-up window show up as a third column on the right side of the chart interface while slimming down the left-hand column OR have the option of being able to resize and move the pop-up window around the screen. Either of these options would allow me to view the portions of the chart I want to view without having to minimize the note window (which makes it so that I cannot enter text in that note window).

Create scheduled emails or SMS from the patient chart

Use Push Notification Endpoint from Dose Spot to pull refill request notifications to the notification dashboard or patient chart

Create a feature for practices to be able to block numbers via self-serve or feature for Hinters to easily block a number from calling the practice number in clinical.

Ability to report on the following: Number of Visits Based on Visit Type Utilization of Services for Practice & Per Patient Track Communications Count Per Patient & Per Clinician Gaps in Care, e.g. what patients haven't been seen in the past X number of months; what patients haven't had any contact/communication in the past X months. Population Management, e.g. track progression of high blood pressure pts, diabetes pts, obese, etc Lab Results by Provider

When a phone call is answered, it still shows up in communication as bolded. I know that the phone call is "new" to the system, but if I answer the call, it should not list it as bolded. On the communication page, it shows it as bolded, and I don't know if I should call them back.

There is a huge discrepancy between how notes appear when I print them (they look great! But they lack any patient identifiers making it hard to share with other physicians.) and when I download a PDF (they look TERRIBLE but at least there is some identifying information). Can there be some way to make printed notes and PDFs appear somewhat similar (ideally maintaining formatting) while also including identifying information?

Would like to see the ability for the us to have one location to see the all of the last 6 months blood pressures and trend them or all the last 6 months Hgb and trend them.
