Feature Requests

Would love to be able to communicate with other staff members regarding a fax that remains in the inbox. Would like to add a note or sticky note field that would allow me to put comments like "Called and left voicemail date and time" so that future staff to review these faxes knows what the past actions taken are and what is next (aka why is this still in the inbox)

When I am looking thru my faxes I would like to be able to navigate directly to the previous or next fax from the fax that I currently have open

Ability to rename file attachments

When we send out a fax and select to attach it to a patient chart, the patient name (and DOB) should also auto-fill onto the letterhead of the fax, as patient identifiers. We assumed this was happening. Otherwise the recipient does not know who we are faxing about unless we hand type all of that into the comments.

When I am done with the fax, it would be nice to have a button to easily go back to look at other faxes.

"Is it possible to have multiple faxes? One for each doc? Or can we only have one fax inbox?"

We have three providers in our practice. We have to open a fax. Review through it to find out which patient, what material, if urgent or not. There is A LOT of double and tripple handling (nor is there a back button after the fax has been opened). Once back to the main screen, the only thing in writing to differentiate a fax is a phone number, the "read" blue dot and the check mark. Would be very helpful to our team if there was a way that we could Edit the line "Fax Received" to say Dr Trupe or Dr Pittman, or urgent, or derm referral, or etc. This would limit additional work and frustration.

Please move the "Send Fax" button up on the page when sending a fax. It can be difficult to view/click on that small button at the very bottom of the page. - Simply Direct Health
