Really need this - I rename files with patient names at times so that I can keep track of what files are in these giant folders (like the fax folder). That helps me if I go back later.

Use Case:

We receive a LOT of referrals to our practice. However, less than half will schedule when we reach out - some because they chose not to and others because we never are able to reach them. We keep all these referral documentation packets on file in case the patient does reach out and schedule in the future.

Is it possible to rename the attachment when adding it to a patient chart? See below --- "inbound..." is not meaningful.
