The problem: When patients self-schedule short appointments (e.g., 10-15 mins), Hint currently shows start times like 9:05, 9:20, 9:35, etc. This creates inefficient gaps — like a leftover 10-minute slot that no other appointment can fill. When we schedule manually, it’s fine — we stick to :00, :15, :30, :45 start times and it keeps our calendar clean and efficient. But there's no way to restrict self-scheduling to that same pattern. The request: Please give us the ability to lock self-scheduling start times to quarter-hour intervals (or other options like every 10 or 30 mins). This is a common feature in most scheduling platforms, and it would eliminate unused time blocks. This small fix would make a huge impact. Thanks!
