Repeated issues with DoseSpot, seeking an alternative erx option.

Add option for SMS auto-response

Would like to see an alert system within clinical that lets the provider/staff know when a patient is due for an annual or follow up. Would also like a patient feature where a reminder is automatically triggered when this due date pops up.

Would love for the +Add Blocked Phone Number button to be relocated to the top of the blocked numbers list… I’ve accumulated a TON of spam call numbers, have to scroll down on my mouse 8 times to reach the button to add a new SMS spammer to this list. Ability to see all changes made by a user or all changes made to accounts with the timstamp and user responsible

Add a tab within the portal for vaccines and immunizations

Automatically terminate memberships 30 days after past due membership payment. Email Hint users to let them know a member was terminated for past due payment.

For growth charts, Allow to enter head circumference in inches

we have patients with same first and last names, I would like a Name Alert or some sort of alert to quickly identify these patients.
