Credit card pass through fee only applies to patient invoice, looking for this to also apply to employer invoices that pay with a credit card

I've had trouble being able to look stuff up when completing tax audits and when searching a patient account of invoices to see what they have purchased in the past. Please add a search field that can review the patient invoices both at the patient level and the practice level and show me all the invoices where specific items have been purchased both across the practice and by an individual patient.

Would like a new setting adding to employer invoices that removes the ability for employers to issue their own invoices in the portal

We would like the ability to cosign Forms so the provider can go in and addend the form and sign it like we can in the Notes and Document section.

70-80% of my calls are spam calls a day. The call feature should have a way to screen calls and not forward unknown numbers directly to you but maybe to a voice mail so we can call them back if it is a real person without my phone ringing all day for spam.

I am an integrative medicine doctor and as such I have educational videos and educational handouts that I provide to all my patients. Right now i have to individually attach each handout to an email and send it to the pateint manually. I would love to be able to tell them to just login to the portal to download the resources but this portal has to be password protected for members only. I'm likely going to have to pay for a service to do this since hint doesn't offer it.

Partial refunds are supported when the pass-through credit card fees feature is not enabled, but not an option when pass-through credit card fees feature is enabled. It would be great to be able to have both pass though credit card fees feature enabled and the ability to process partial refunds.

would like an invoice-wide label (like “Ancillary” vs “Membership”) to show in the Invoice dropdown when adding a charge. This would allow us to charge employers/sponsors separate invoices for membership vs ancillary much more easily.

Use case: clinic admin vet possible membership candidates in a consultation call, would like ability for these calendar appointments to be assigned round robin style between the numerous customer service admins who will be handling the consultations without having to do this manually (requested by Orixa Health pra-POUZqoqRelm8)
