All-In-One - Show Patient Name as Caller when PT calls Practice Phone Number (for call and text forwarding to personal cell phone). When a contact/patient/spam caller calls the practice phone number, a call is forwarded to the “forwarding to user” and the number that is calling is always displayed as the practice phone number. The request is to display the patient’s name as the caller ID/name and not the practice phone number when calls and texts are forwarded to a Hint user's personal cell phone.

It would be very helpful to capture preventative screenings in a dedicated section and then generate practice wide reports audit screening status across the practice (i.e. who needs colon cancer screenings or mammograms).

Ability to have customizable units to choose from for patient's vitals and Growth Charts. EX. Adding in HC as inches or cm, weight as lbs, height as inches, heart rate as bpm, oxygen as %

It's a stretch but it'd be awesome if app.hint.com could be made into a native iOS mobile app that enables you to manage Hint billing management from your iPhone or iPad. A Stripe integration which enables physical card swipes could lower the cost of processing fees and manual signatures could be collected. A mobile app would make it easier to capture images of insurance cards or photo IDs, both which would help prevent fraud and chargebacks, increase patient security, and make Hint a more powerful patient management tool.

Ability to pull DoseSpot notifications such as refills into the Hint Clinical communication sections

Ability to add on extra labs to a lab order in Hint. Ex: XYZ labs are order through Hint, but then they want to add on ABC labs to the order (after the 1st order has been placed) to also have the lab test the samples for the other labs as well. Practices want the ability to add on extra labs to lab orders (that have already been placed), and have those results come into Hint on a patients chart. For example in the labcorp portal you can add on extra labs to an existing order, and practices want this same feature in Hint.

Have the ability to "quick" assign vitals from a copilot note to the patient's vital interaction tab

In order to view any e-prescription refill requests from pharmacies, clinicians have to first login to Veradigm and then check for any waiting refill requests under the “tasks” menu button. It would be helpful if there was a notification in the Hint clinical dashboard when we have pending tasks in Veradigm. This would make it so that we don’t have to login daily to Veradigm just to check for refill requests waiting to be addressed.

automatically create invoices for individual divisions within a sponsor based on a drafted invoice, rather than manually creating them

All of Proactive MD's companies have a default provider assigned, and if a company’s default provider is deleted, the company’s default provider assignment needs to be manually removed or changed. This is cumbersome for Proactive MD, as their providers change frequently across their 77 locations. Patients need to be assigned to the correct provider for the Athena sync. For patients, we can use a .csv upload to do a bulk change of provider and location, and it would be ideal to do that at the sponsor (i.e. change default provider and location) level as well.
