The ability to add additional status options that practices can add in, or at least adding in a “Pre-charted” option.

I'd like to see the ability for patients to portal message their provider and have this message go into Clinical (similar to texts) and allow for 2 way communication via Clinical instead of our e-mail from Clinical going outside of the portal and responses going back to our e-mail. Preferably all communication would live inside Hint.

Add image and imaging result notes to clinical chart notes

Partial refunds are supported when the pass-through credit card fees feature is not enabled, but not an option when pass-through credit card fees feature is enabled. It would be great to be able to have both pass though credit card fees feature enabled and the ability to process partial refunds.

The ability to bundle different kinds of appts from the drop down menu to create a qualitative rule for all of them as a group.

I wish there was a way to view the most recent patient charts you’ve accessed, without needing to go back to the calendar or search by guessing the patient name. Ideally, it would be really helpful if clicking into the search bar showed a list of the most recent patients whose charts you were last in, for quick and easy access. This would be especially useful in situations where the patient isn’t on the calendar—such as when prescriptions are sent, labs are reviewed, or other follow-up tasks are completed.

Apply practice letterhead to notes shared in the portal without generating a pdf and downloading as a document

Would like the ability to set a different default payment methods per plan (so someone could use HSA for DPC and credit card etc for an add on).

Ability to have an appointment status icon visible on the calendar. We need the Doctors to be able to see who's checked in without having to open the appointment or the chart. Can we have a green dot added to the appointment in calendar view when a patient is checked in? One that automatically refreshes so they can see it when the front desk checks someone in?
