There are more deals being sold tied to engagement. Whether that be a higher priced plan or moving from eligible to enrolled. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to tie the enrollment status or plan to the engagement status in Hint. Currently, you have to update the engagement by adding a charge and then you have to adjust the patients enrollment or plan accordingly. Ideally an update to the engagement could update the later appropriately.

It would be helpful to have a report that tracks tier and rate changes and the associated revenue growth associated with those price adjustments.

Plan Name Company admins are unable to see which membership plan an individual is enrolled in i.e. Nice Full, Nice Full - Visit Fee, Nice Virtual, or Nice Virtual - Visit Fee Dependent Of Currently, the export has "Dependent Of ID". Allow patients to book 1 hr appointments at anytime in the day, not just on the hour. Example: allow pt to book 1 hr appointment at 9:15 or 10:30 as long as provider availability allows for it

Currently, twin patients who have the same date of birth (pediatrics practice) and same email address (underage and utilize their parent's email address) are not able to login to the patient portal separately. They can only login using the one email address and DOB, which logs in as one of the twin patients. The other twin patient is unable to login to the patient portal. This causes issues with self-scheduling appointments since they can only make appointments under the twin with access to the patient portal. It would be very helpful for both twins to be able to sign in separately so that they can each self schedule under their charts.
