Clinicians want to know why patients are coming in for a visit so they can be better prepared at the point of care.

This file type is a standard file used for exchanging benefit enrollment and eligibility. It would streamline the ability to ingest eligibility information from various benefits platforms in place of having to generate an eligibility template that is unique to Hint.

Practice would like to be able to schedule the email. When in a lab result, if you click "email req" they would like to be able to schedule from here (vs the communication > scheduled >email flow)

1) Faxes are not communications to/from patients like calls/texts/emails are to and from patients. Faxes are generally medical files relating to a patient that should be listed in the "Interactions" widget and not the "Communications" widget on the patient's chart. 2) When faxes are placed in the "Communication" widget and not the "Interactions" widget on the patient's chart, it does not allow you to upload the fax PDF file to the patient's portal to share with the patient. The only workaround to this is to then download the inbound fax, upload the PDF file to an interaction, sign the interaction, and then the "member access" toggle switch may be selected to share this with the patient to their portal.

Require the patient to pay per their initial agreement when they cancel

Create a feature for practices to be able to block numbers via self-serve or feature for Hinters to easily block a number from calling the practice number in clinical.

Would like to see the ability for the us to have one location to see the all of the last 6 months blood pressures and trend them or all the last 6 months Hgb and trend them.

Ability to choose either SMS or email as default for sending pt forms - currently defaults to email, then select send SMS
