In the same section as medical history/ meds/ vaccines etc, it would be nice to have an area where we could document patient's health maintenance (ex. date of last mammogram/ pap/colonoscopy/PSA - and when next due) so that we don't have to search the patient's notes to find that information.

It's a stretch but it'd be awesome if app.hint.com could be made into a native iOS mobile app that enables you to manage Hint billing management from your iPhone or iPad. A Stripe integration which enables physical card swipes could lower the cost of processing fees and manual signatures could be collected. A mobile app would make it easier to capture images of insurance cards or photo IDs, both which would help prevent fraud and chargebacks, increase patient security, and make Hint a more powerful patient management tool.

To alert the practice when a patient disputes a transaction

Allow for the invoice to be sent to patients by text message. A lot of my patients don't check their email on a regular basis.

Automated intake form delivery that is automatically linked to the patient chart. Description: When a new patient becomes active (e.g., after paying for a membership), automatically send an intake form in a way that it is assigned to the patient chart so the completed form returns to that patient’s chart and can be mapped into their medical record. Current limitation: Today, only sending a form from the patient’s chart creates that chart link; public URLs can be shared, but they won’t map into the chart unless assigned to the patient chart. There are, to our knowledge, no integrations/partners that would enable or allow for this. Use case: Trigger on “new patient becomes active” and send the form (or link to Hint-maintained form) via email or SMS from the patient chart.

Image ordering is fantastic through health gorilla. You can choose the order type, number of views, laterality, contrast, etc and even better is the fact the you can search imaging centers near the office or patient and then fax the order. Very streamlined and would be fantastic if it was included in HINT.

Add image and imaging result notes to clinical chart notes

For family plans, it would be easier if the parent could sign into their portal and then toggle between members on the account to view their information and make appts. Parents could switch to their kids portal to view information and schedule appts without having to relogin each time to each separate portal account, especially when the parent's email is the one tied to the kids accounts anyway.
