Reschedule/View/Cancel Appointment from Portal

Patients need to be able to see their upcoming appointments and cancel and reschedule from the portal - this is a basic function that would reduce my front desk work load dramatically. Please add :)

Agree with this feature, they should also be allowed to see when their appointments are on the portal! Could this be sent in the email that the patient receives with confirmation?

Yes, this would be a great feature. If they can reschedule from a link in an email, they should be able to do this from the portal.

I was surprised to find that the portal does not show upcoming appointments! I've gotten calls from patients asking when their next visit is.

Since starting with new calendar I can no longer send reminder texts >72 hours prior to future appointments. I see my patients every 3 months.
My issue is I am gradually getting daily emails asking when there next appointment is. My wish is for portal to display future appointment and allow cancellation and rescheduling. I can't wait for this option! Thank you.
