Ability for practice admins to view patient portal as patients. "....we do have test patients but it's not quite the same visibility as being able to see what the actual patient you are seeing sees (how their specific record looks). "

Have a generated signup link that allows the employer to easily sign up online with x number of employees for x amount of money per month without additional information needed

Specialdocs would like their doctors to reach out to their CS team - not Hint's CS team - with questions

Our new price change will be effective January 1, 2026, but we want members with a renewal date from now to December 31, 2025 to get a pro-rated bill. For example, an annual member that's renewing on October 1, 2025 would be billed at ¼ (Oct25-Dec25) the old rate and ¾ (Jan26-Sep26) the new rate.

We designate reps to follow up with potential new members with phone calls and texts if they abandon a sign up. I know automatic emails go out, but we'd like to take a more hands-on approach in the process to hopefully convert more members. We'd be able to act more quickly if we were notified about this.

When listening to voicemails, a team membership be able to assign a voiemail as a task to another team member so that only one team member has to lsiten to voicemail. This should be doable from the main voicemail screen, just as you can assign to patient.

I need to be able to have my receptionist review phone calls and voicemails, texts, faxes, etc that come in and assign them to a provider or nurse or other employee for review and action directly from each section....right now they are having to open a second window and create a task that is not linked to the specific triggering item which increases the time spent and the risk of breaking the chain and getting items lost.

Can we create a schedule for the phone to be forwarded to members of the practice? It would be a type of call schedule for staff or physicians to take phone responsibilities on different days
