Ability for practice admins to view patient portal as patients. "....we do have test patients but it's not quite the same visibility as being able to see what the actual patient you are seeing sees (how their specific record looks). "

Seen status on messages
If there was a feature where you could place a "baton" or something on text messages would be nice. That way when messages were coming in, the other team members could know that it was going to be handled by someone even if they hadn't responded to the patient yet. It would definitely prevent confusion as that happens often here where someone else answers a patient even know another team member knew more of what was going on and was going to be responding to them.

Membership Price Updates
Allow an option, when updating the price of a membership, to choose whether to update existing patients and new patients OR to include price updates for new patients only (allowing existing patients to retain their current rate).

Schedule phone forwarding
Can we create a schedule for the phone to be forwarded to members of the practice? It would be a type of call schedule for staff or physicians to take phone responsibilities on different days

Practice notification for abandoned online signup attempts
We designate reps to follow up with potential new members with phone calls and texts if they abandon a sign up. I know automatic emails go out, but we'd like to take a more hands-on approach in the process to hopefully convert more members. We'd be able to act more quickly if we were notified about this.

Membership Cancellation Lead Time
Our practice requires 30 days notice prior to cancellation of any plan. This time is essential to allow us to transition patients from an active treatment plan to a maintenance plan they can perform on their own so they don't lose the progress they made with us. Need to allow us to configure the cancellation of plan to require a lead time prior to a cancellation becoming effective.

Allow different settings such as zip code and age for exceptions made for employer clients

Voided invoice to show zero balance due
It can be confusing to have a voided invoice after payment and refund show that a balance is still due. This may help remove some confusion if we add the ability to have a $0 balance after this use case.
