Can we create a schedule for the phone to be forwarded to members of the practice? It would be a type of call schedule for staff or physicians to take phone responsibilities on different days

Ability to have a main practice phone number and a second, or multiple, phone numbers for each location and clinician. Or, at least routing a patient to their assigned location/clinician so that the whole staff isn't notified for every call or text.

Ability to create call forwarding schedule to automatically change which user calls/texts are forwarded to on a set daily schedule.

this is a critical part of making the phone system be functional for the practice.
Also - a receptionist level account should be able to manually forward the phones to anyone in the practice - currently this is done only at the admin level
