Non-admin Specialdocs users shouldn't have access to Marketplace and thus shouldn't see the Marketplace button in the top right corner of the UI. When non-Admin users click on it today, they are shown a message that says Access Forbidden, which causes confusion.

It looks like the field search behavior was recently updated - where we used to be able to just start typing directly into a field to search, it now requires mousing down to select from a dropdown list. I completely understand that updates happen and things evolve, but this one has added a bit of friction for our team since we rely on that search action pretty frequently throughout the day. The fact that I have to mouse down to yet another box to then type in what I'm searching for. Why was it moved down and not allow for search in the field box? It's clunky and takes too much time.

Sometimes users accidentally record an external payment on an invoice. Right now, the only option is to record an external refund to cancel out the payment, however this transaction history looks messy on the invoice and in reports.

Partial refunds are supported when the pass-through credit card fees feature is not enabled, but not an option when pass-through credit card fees feature is enabled. It would be great to be able to have both pass though credit card fees feature enabled and the ability to process partial refunds.

Ability to run reports for an employer group to allow them to see how much money they are saving, total visit volume per member, response time, medication adherence, chronic disease management, avoided ER and urgent care visits

A patient dropped because they were upset they didn't receive their upcoming invoice notification from the practice. The notification failed to send to the patient because their email address was invalid. The practice didn't know that this patient wasn't receiving emails because you can't filter the patient list for patients with invalid emails.

Please add the medication "strength" to the billed revenue report. Currently, it displays the charge name (medication name with NDC), the quantity prescribed, and the unit of measure. It does not display the medication's strength. We need the medication's strength to be indicated on the Billed Revenue Report so we can account for what we dispense out of our in-house inventory. The strength is not an export field, so I have to look up the NDC number for each medication.

There are times we step out of the office and need to put the phones to voicemail. There are times we are out for vacation and we need the phones to voicemail. We need a mode to override the schedule and force the phones to voicemail that doesn't force us to undo the entire phone schedule.
