It would be helpful to have a notification that goes out immediately when a patient terminates/schedules termination on their membership via the patient portal Click to Cancel functionality. At this point there is not an efficient way to identify these cases until 24 hours after their membership has officially terminated.

Fowler Medical Group members are contractually obligated to give the practice 30 days notice if they'd like to cancel their membership. With the new Click to Cancel feature, FMG is concerned about members bypassing the required 30 day cancellation notice period. It would be ideal if the Click to Cancel feature could enforce custom cancellation periods like 30 days notice.

Please add more information to capture for a patient's insurance (in Hint Core), as Health Gorilla (lab interaction in Hint Clinical) requires FULL insurance information-- Without having this information it is nearly impossible to order labs properly. (Attached is the HG lab interaction screenshot)

If there are multiple plan options when going through the online signup it would be helpful to have an option to provide additional details on the plan, what is included in the plan and how it differ from the other options available.

Partial refunds are supported when the pass-through credit card fees feature is not enabled, but not an option when pass-through credit card fees feature is enabled. It would be great to be able to have both pass though credit card fees feature enabled and the ability to process partial refunds.

Require the patient to pay per their initial agreement when they cancel

Right now, if a single signup page has multiple plans available to enroll in, the prospective patient is shown a pre-selected plan & its pricing when adding their member information on the 'Members' page of the form, before they are given the chance to choose their plan on the 'Membership' page that follows the 'Member' page. This is confusing to the prospective patient, it’s not obvious that you can change your plan after adding member information.

MD2 has their own formatting for account statements and would like to be able to export the patient account statements from Hint into a csv instead of pdf. This option would allow them to import the statement data into their own template in an easier fashion.

Please add the medication "strength" to the billed revenue report. Currently, it displays the charge name (medication name with NDC), the quantity prescribed, and the unit of measure. It does not display the medication's strength. We need the medication's strength to be indicated on the Billed Revenue Report so we can account for what we dispense out of our in-house inventory. The strength is not an export field, so I have to look up the NDC number for each medication.

Occasionally an incorrect employer file is uploaded which causes data to be inaccurate or incorrect individuals to be added to a company. Some cases are more easily fixed, but if an external ID is not included for example it can be more difficult to make corrections if names are uploaded incorrectly. In another instance a TPA that managed multiple groups uploaded a file to the incorrect employer which added the patients to the incorrect company and removing patients from a company is not a simply fix if they already have a company registration under another group.
