Feature Requests

I'd like to know if there is a way to not display certain appt types to our members via the patient portal. We have a couple of appt types that don't pertain to our members are for people who are interested in learning more about our membership

Would be nice to have an upload option so we can easily receive labs and other items patients might wish to upload

Ability to allow the patient to upload previous medical documents

This blue icon is not obvious to patients that they should click on it to book an appt. I get so many messages telling me they cannot figure out where to go in the portal to book a visit. I think changing the icon or adding verbiage “click for appts” would be easy enough. That symbol in the portal is not the universal symbol for a calendar.

Patients are frustrated that the portal is not more useful, that they cannot see trends for their own labs and that there is not a real healthcare maintenance section (including things for example like: vaccines that are due, when they were given, last pap, next pap, last mammo, next mammo, last colonoscopy, next one due, last visit (in a list not the last note) next visit etc etc.) The portal is just a list of shared items (Notes referrals meds etc)

MyCHN Concierge Access is now offering a weight loss program and they want to allow their primary care members to purchase a month's supply of the weight loss medication directly from their patient portal. They don't want to have to manually create & charge invoices & manually add recurring charges to memberships. Since Hint can't support this, they have to use a separate platform, but they would like to use Hint to keep all charges in one place

Members have issues with logging into the portal using a code. Create a different way to log into the portal

Can you make the patient portal look like it is part of my website with the same colors, fonts, etc?

This may be more for peds. Many of my patient's parents like to see the full growth chart after the visit. It would be nice if I could just make the growth chart visible on the portal and direct them there. It is a bit cumbersome to share as things are set up now: I have to download each individual growth chart (weight, length/height, head circumference) and then attach them to an email and send to families every time it is requested. The vital signs box does not include percentiles (most parents like to see the percentile), so I cannot just add the individual vitals to the portal

I would like an option to have an automated email go to a patient after an office encounter thanking them for their visit and inviting them to complete a Google Review. I have a FFS option in addition to membership and this would help me generate business.
