Would be great if the portal could show certain visit statuses to the patient such as "No Show" and eventually "Rescheduled" when that is an option in their appointment history screen. Currently if a visit is marked as a no show in Hint, the portal still shows the appointment as "completed" to the patient...which is not the case. It does show cancelled correctly, but showing a visit to the patient as completed when it wasn't can cause other problems.

Answers routine calls, drives bookings, and responds to common questions, giving every caller the help they need. Works with your business information and call-handling rules, and knows when it’s time to hand the conversation off to a person.

For family plans, it would be easier if the parent could sign into their portal and then toggle between members on the account to view their information and make appts. Parents could switch to their kids portal to view information and schedule appts without having to relogin each time to each separate portal account, especially when the parent's email is the one tied to the kids accounts anyway.

Ability to allow the patient to upload previous medical documents

Allow patients to upload files into their patient portal to share with their provider.

Members have issues with logging into the portal using a code. Create a different way to log into the portal

Allow multiple emails for patients so that each parent can login with a seperate email address

Patients should be able to view portal notes as they appear when printed or viewed in the EMR, not a simplified text-only view. I am careful to format notes in a way that makes them more easy to read, and it seems counterintuitive to present the patient with something different than what I intended.

Would like ability for patients to upload PDFs through the portal directly instead of as a file attachment response on a Clinical form.

Ability for parents to manage multiple dependent profiles in portal at once (instead of logging in separately with DOB), possibly add Member Management section to toggle between multiple members in same family
