I'd like to change the membership signup flow so patients can see the name of the membership they've selected before they begin entering their personal information.

Right now, the membership name doesn't appear until after they've filled out the form, which can be confusing. Is there a way to configure the checkout or signup flow so the selected membership (e.g., Hydration Core, Wellness+, etc.) is displayed at the very beginning of the process?
