I would love to see the ability to restrict online appointment types based on a patient's membership. Currently, any patient can book any appointment type that is enabled for self-scheduling, regardless of which membership they belong to. For practices that offer multiple membership tiers with different services or appointment lengths, this can lead to patients scheduling visits that are not appropriate for their membership. It would be very helpful if appointment types could be assigned to specific memberships so that patients only see and are able to book the appointment types that correspond to their active membership. This would make online scheduling more accurate and reduce the need for manual scheduling corrections.
