Could we make it mandatory that people put in the reason for the visit? Could we have it list the appt notes in the appt confirmation email we get? Would have been nice for me to see these appt notes below in the confirmation email. Minor point - why does it say “additional notes”? Makes it seem less important / optional. Why note “appointment notes”?
