Instead of it saying signup, have it say something else like Pay now or make it customizable

Add Title as an exportable field in the patient export
Title (ie. Mr, Mrs, Ms) is not currently a field option to export when exporting the patient report. This field is needed for letters that are sent out monthly to manual billers.
