I mean how bad is the SMS portion of Hint All in One. Its 3rd world not being able to respond for a mobile device easily. I understand maybe not in your phones native text app but seriously make a communications app for Hint All In one for calls and text. So I can see caller ID and reply directly without having to wait for my phone to ring and press 1. Reply to text messages directly on this app without having to deal with opening a browser on a tiny screen and logging in to reply. This needs to happen. It may be a dealbreaker for me.

I agree. Our providers would be much happier if there was a phone app for them to text with patients using their phone. We have patients constantly texting her personal phone and can't really put an end to it because she isn't in front of her computer all day. Please put this on a priority list HINT.
