We’d love to see Hint support prepaid service packages that can automatically be applied to future invoices. This would streamline operations for practices like ours offering therapy bundles, IV packs, or other multi-session services.
Here’s the functionality we’re looking for:
The ability to create a package product (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 sessions of a service).
Packages should support:
A fixed upfront price.
A defined number of sessions (of a single service or a mix).
When a patient comes in and we create an invoice for a service:
If they have remaining sessions, Hint should:
Automatically apply the appropriate session from their package to the invoice.
Mark the invoice as paid (or partially paid if only one of multiple services is covered).
Deduct one session from their remaining balance.
Ideally, we’d like to be able to track remaining sessions at a glance in the patient’s record.
Why this matters:
This functionality would simplify workflow for practices selling prepaid therapy bundles, reduce manual tracking outside of Hint, and create a smoother experience for patients and staff alike.
