Sign and Return Faxes

HIGH PRIORITY
In primary care, we get faxes all the time from physical therapy, home health, hospice, etc. These need to be signed by the provider and then faxed back to the sender. To address this, we need the following three things INSIDE OF THE FAX INBOX:
(1) A way to apply a provider signature to each page of a fax that has been received or just to the last page, depending on the fax.
(2) A way to apply notes to the PDF of a fax, such as modifications to a PT plan, a home health plan, or a pharmacy medicaiton refill request.
(2) A way to send the "edited" PDF as a return fax. In some cases we can reply to the fax number on caller ID, but in most cases, the reader will have to identify the outbound fax number because most practices efax and often the outbound and inbound caller id on faxes don't match.
For our practice, this is a very high priority as we grow because to date, the only fix I have is to print the fax, sign by hand, and re-upload and fax.
Thanks!

It would be a lot easier for the nurses to triage things if there was a system built into Hint where providers could sign and return faxes without having to print them off, sign them, and send them back in. Thanks!
