We’d like the provider calendar to visually show available scheduling hours and to warn staff when scheduling outside those hours.

Proposed Functionality:

Shaded background on the provider’s calendar during times they are available for appointments, based on their set schedule.

Warning pop-up if a patient is scheduled outside of that provider’s available hours.

Ability to set this per provider so each calendar reflects their individual availability.

Why This Matters:

Prevents accidental scheduling during off-hours or unavailable times.

Speeds up scheduling by making available time slots visually obvious.

Eliminates the need for our current workaround of creating 10-minute “start” and “stop” appointment blocks to mark shifts.
