Once a patient's membership is confirmed in Hint, they are automatically texted the link to download Spruce. We only need adult patients to download Spruce. Because we require emails and phone numbers for all patients, a parent gets texted the link to download Spruce multiple times (once for themselves and then again for each of their children). If the same info was not required for pediatric patients, that would help minimize the number of times a parent receives that message.
