This needs to be optional only. Elation does not allow for multiple price points for Alacarte and membership. CPT codes are not available for Labs. We currently just use a paper charge sheet that the front desk can put in extra charges in as the Biling feature in Elation will not match our charges in Hint.

Only if it was an optional push. We give members a "fair market value receipt" that is very easy to create in Elation and would not want it pushed over automatically. We also have "pay as you go" patients and it would be great to push it over to Hint so the front desk knows what to charge them without having to wait til we print out the bill from Elation.

Use CPT codes like other medical billing software with an option to push the code back to Hint. Maybe even easier would be to add a Hint widget in the elation window to search for a fee already in the Hint charges.
