I would love a "purchase orders" feature. The EHR we are switching from has this feature, thereby eliminating the need to print/manually track incoming orders. This is especially helpful when you have staff who work different days, so we can all ensure inventory has been received (and they may not know it was ordered).
PO includes:
  • items ordered and quantity ordered
  • when the item is received, have an option for "receive all" as well as receive a specific number (perhaps the entire order did not ship)
  • This then closes the PO out and auto-adds it into inventory.
