Provide button on the fax viewing page to mark faxes as complete

When I open a fax to view it, I have the options to mark it as unread, assign it to a patient, download it, or print it. Once I do one of those actions, though, I have to go back to the incoming faxes section of the communications tab and find the fax again so I can mark it as complete. I would like to be able to assign it to a patient or download it and then immediately be able to mark it as complete without having to go to a different page or window. You could probably use the same button (three vertical dots) as used in the incoming faxes section of the communications tab.

All-In-One - Ability to Complete the fax when assigning to a patient's chart

When opening a fax, when the page is open there is one option to "keep as unread", another to assign to a patient. There needs to be a tab on that same page to "complete" the fax after someone has assigned the fax to a patient. Otherwise, I have to remember the fax number that it is coming from, go back to "communication" , find the fax and then complete it. This does not seem efficient.

- When in a phone call.... Add button REPLY WITH TEXT
- When in an open fax... Add button. MARK COMPLETE...
so that you don't have to hit back 2 times and possibly not remember which fax you were on and mark complete the wrong one.

Thanks for your input! We just added the Mark as Complete button when you're viewing a fax so the second item in your list is now available

Update: We just added a Mark as Complete option when you're viewing a fax so you don't have to do this from the Incoming faxes view

I had written a similar comment!
"I think it would be great if you could 'complete' a fax, lab result, or other incoming item through the flow of reviewing it rather than having to come back to inbox to click complete"

North Idaho DPC would also like the ability to mark all /select multiple as complete for other things in the EMR (ex. faxes, phone calls, drafts... etc)
