It is important to have admin who oversee accounts have access to the information. As a busy clinician, it is challenging to keep up with the multiple emails and rely heavily on trusted admin. We need this feature turned on so future transactions are caught and no money is lost.

It is critical that Admins be notified when disputes are made about charges. It appears the account must be made by the practice owner, but it most cases those individuals are providers and are not always in the office, where as most of the day to day operations in HINT are being handled by the office manager role who would most likely have ADMIN permissions in HINT. This was not an issue when STRIPE was used, because those notification were sent to all ADMINs in STRIPE, but now with the conversion to HINT payment processing this is a must for our organization.
