PDF/Printing Notes

There is a huge discrepancy between how notes appear when I print them (they look great! But they lack any patient identifiers making it hard to share with other physicians.) and when I download a PDF (they look TERRIBLE but at least there is some identifying information). Can there be some way to make printed notes and PDFs appear somewhat similar (ideally maintaining formatting) while also including identifying information?

We’ve improved how visit notes and patient charts are formatted when exported to PDF. By tightening up spacing and removing unnecessary gaps, these exports now look cleaner and more polished, making them easier to share with patients or specialists when needed.

YES! the way notes are printed vs pdf vs fax need to be identical! This should be a high priority fix.
I often download PDF and then fax because the format is so much more professional.
patient identifiers are missing
I've had notes rejected by other providers because they don't have the date and time of the e-signature rendered either.
