Patient referral program

I would like to give my patients an incentive to refer other patients (especially given most DPCs, and Hint, talks about the importance of word-of-mouth in the the DPC world for building up your patient panel). I am envisioning giving my patients a unique hint generated code. The patients can then give this to their friends to use upon sign-up. This would then give the referring patient and referred patient a discount applied to their memberships (in my case, I am thinking 1 month free for each). Is there anything like this?

LOVE THIS! please make it flexible though. We need the ability to make it different than months of membership, perhaps items from our inventory store. or a dollar off. Coupon needs to have a way to set the expiration date. Would be great to have a way to make the offer good on referral and a way to make the offer good when a friend signs up. Also, would need to consider regulatory guidance on what does or does not constitute an inducement that would violate stark and aks laws
