Would like to be able to add several task items to every single new patient who signs up. This way staff is immediately assigned to perform certain things as soon as a patient registers (eg get old records, get old labs, order new labs, order new ecg, update payment method, schedule first four visits etc)

this would help office workflow so much. So hard to track this on our own or manually create this list for every patient. I know there is a 3rd party program at additional fee that integrates with core but having it in clinical would be so nice.
