You no longer need to log into DoseSpot to see refill requests. Rx refill notifications now live directly in Hint.
A new section in Communications surfaces refill requests across your entire practice, so your clinical team can stay on top of them and cover for one another when someone's out of office.
From the new Rx Refills page, you can open the patient's DoseSpot profile to complete the refill workflow. Refill requests also appear at the medication level in the Health Summary, so clinicians can review relevant patient context while managing refills.
