Can you create a "nickname" field in the initial sign-up portion? This way when you integrate with spruce or other programs - you're reminded the correct name to call your patient? Plus, I've noticed that the occasional patient puts their nickname in the first name instead of their legal name - which can then cause billing/insurance problems later.
