In the new chat feature it would be excellent if the patient name at the top was a clickable item (similar to the SMS feature) that would take you directly to the patients chart from the chat.

You can now open a patient’s chart directly from the chat header by clicking their name. This eliminates the extra step of opening the chat info panel first, making it faster to navigate while messaging with a patient.
