When downloading a patient visit (or other interaction) to a PDF, for example to include with a referral, or when exporting the full patient chart, the generated document does not contain any dates for the interactions/notes, it does not say which clinician signed the note, and the formatting is abnormal/unprofessional-appearing. It is extremely cumbersome to have to go in and add in the visit/interaction date and clinician, but you can't send prior records to another clinician without any dates or names on any of the clinic visits or other interactions! And it's very frustrating to have to copy and paste the text of the note into my own Word document and then save that, since the exported PDFs come out with such weird formatting.
