Ability for the AI to receive prompts similar to other AI platforms (I.e. "You are a medical scribe, track everything the patient says and give a DETAILED summary in the subjective field."

Second, ability for AI chat to search and pull from the full patient chart, including PDFs.

Finally, give the AI "memory" so it remembers the name of my clinic, past prompts for a given patient, etc.
