Default location per appointment type — pre-populate meeting location instead of setting it on every appointment

Currently, the location for meetings/appointments can only be changed after creation and only for that specific meeting
It would be great if we could set a default location for each appointment type to avoid changing it every time. (But leave the option to change it from the default if so desired)
