Vero Women's Care: The way I currently do our patient contracts is via Adobe Sign with patients to initial and fill out text in various places in the contract. It has text fill fields, field for initials, and fields for signatures. Is there a way to embed the contract in Hint and send the contracts out? I am only seeing that a pdf can be loaded and a generic signoff can be done indicating they have accepted the agreement, but no way to make the agreement more of a fillable document from within Hint.
