We’d love to see a “Copy Previous Note” feature added to patient charts.

Use Case:

When patients are in an active phase of treatment (e.g., weekly therapies or short-interval follow-ups), much of the chart note remains the same visit to visit. Rather than manually opening an old note, copying it, and pasting into a new one, we’d like a built-in function to:

Click a “Copy Previous Note” button.

Either:

Automatically insert the most recent note, or

Allow us to select from a list of past notes via a drop-down or modal.

Why This Matters:

This would significantly improve efficiency and accuracy for providers managing frequent visits, reduce repetitive typing, and align Hint with standard features in many modern EHRs.

Our current workaround (manual copy/paste) is clunky and time-consuming.
