Consolidate the way multiple memberships appear on a patient's clinical chart. If a patient is on multiple memberships, on their clinical chart, the membership payors name is listed twice in the 'Memberships Through' section on a clinical chart. This gets cluttered and confusing, especially when there are multiple family members.
