Confidentiality on itemized Invoicing on Patient View.

The invoice on a family plan should detail which patient on the plan the charge is for but not WHAT it is for if the patient on the plan is an independent adult. For example, why should a spouse know if a charge is for a particular medication, labs, medical service rendered, other charges? How does this protect the patient's personal information?

On a family plan the primary member should not be able to see details of charges on the invoices for other family members for privacy compliance. For example, a charge could indicate a category perhaps (Labs, Medications, Medical servics, etc) but not what medication or lab or other specific services.
