Communication "All" Filter on Patient's Clinical Chart

Create an "All" filter option on the patient's Clinical chart in the Communication section to see all chats/emails/calls/messages, similar to how there is an "All" filter for Interactions. When there is not an "All" filter, it defaults to display only Chat interactions, requiring you to click on Email/Phone Calls/SMS to see those interactions.
