Cerbo assigns a default DOB to payers of memberships. This causes an issue when the payer wants to log in to update their payment source for every dependent on the plan. If online signup could collect the payer/primary DOB, then those parents will be able to log into the patient portal and update the payment source as needed (currently, they end up updating the dependent's profile, which updates all dependents.)
