You can now set a status for appointments so it’s easier to track where a patient is in the visit flow and make sure nothing is missed. This update supports smoother handoffs between team members and improves appointment reporting by distinguishing between cancellations and no-shows.
What’s included:
- Update the appointment status directly from the appointment summary
- Use new calendar filters to view appointments in a specific status.
- See the current appointment status directly in the patient’s chart

Tasha Demkiw Since this is in progress. Asking for the status options to also include "no-show" to track no-show appointments and can run an analysis.

This is a basic feature for an office of any size..
Also...check in status should be a basic upgrade. Would love a second version of this upgrade to include things like a pop-up for specific patient tasks that need completing...and would love to have a specific task list applied to a patient based on their specific plan and status with the plan.
