Change the SMS Appointment Reminder {practice_name} attribute to {location_name)

When a practice has multiple locations tied to their Clinical calendar, the SMS appointment reminder is telling the patient their appointment is at "PRACTICE NAME", instead of "LOCATION NAME". This confuses patients on where the appointment is located at.

Update to this: Request would be to change the {practice_name} attribute to {location_name) so that the name of the location tied to the appointment type is used rather than the full address listed for that location.
