When a patient completes a Hint Form (via the URL or portal), it would be ideal for the completed form to automatically upload to their chart.
Current Issue:
Right now, we must leave the patient’s chart, go to the inbox, locate the form, and then manually copy/paste or reference it.
This disrupts workflow and increases the chance of missing important information.
Proposed Solution:
Completed forms should be stored in the patient’s chart automatically.
Providers should be able to open the chart and quickly see:
Which forms have been completed.
Direct access to the form responses.
Ideally, forms could also be pulled directly into a note (e.g., new patient note) without leaving the chart.
Benefits:
Eliminates unnecessary navigation and manual steps.
Ensures providers have all relevant paperwork in one place.
Improves efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience.
