Currently the fax is saved in pt chart under communications. it would be great if that fax document could be saved under the patient's documents.

Faxes are now in the Interactions list.
This update reduces workflow friction and better aligns fax content with clinical documentation rather than practice-to-patient communication.
Key Benefits:
- When a fax is assigned to a patient, it will automatically appear in their Interactions list, eliminating the extra step of creating it as a document.
- Assigned faxes can now be shared with the patient through the portal.

Yes, agree. I came to suggest this and see it has already has been suggested. Having faxed documents under documents is much more appropriate and easier to navigate in the chart.
