Pediatric practice has the need to redirect patients to complete Clinical forms after booking appointment types. The Clinical form(s) that should be sent are different based on the age range of the patient. Currently the only way to redirect to a specific set of forms by age range is to have different appointment types labeled for each age range (or to manually send different forms to patients based on age at enrollment).
