When a contact/patient/spam caller calls the practice phone number, a call is forwarded to the “forwarding to user” and the number that is calling is always displayed as the practice phone number. The request is to display the patient’s name as the caller ID/name and not the practice phone number when calls and texts are forwarded to a Hint user's personal cell phone.
